**Sales and Finance Operations Administrator**

**Job Duties**: include the following but not limited to:
**Sales Operations Adminstration**:

- Sales Force administration - build, configure and automate technology solutions to deliver business value.
- Work with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize platform (Sales Force, CRM, ERP, other tools (like web tools, quoting tool, expense tool)
- Work with Sales Executives to determine necessary reporting and develop, analyze and provide reporting not limited to: All Revenue Tracking - Dashboards / Meeting KPIs / Oppty. KPI - new account opening & revenue tracking / ARR tracking - Everything that you see on Sales Call & Managers meeting on a weekly basis.
- Administration of all sales and marketing related expenses in the system - checking/posting/processing & steps to pay out
- All cell phone and related telecommunication plans / roaming / contract management/maintenance (esp. US carriers) within North America
- All Travel bookings - flights, hotel, car rentals etc. (I have from time to time had her double check some bookings/roues and the sites / logic she uses is actually one of the most cost effective options I have seen - so this will need to be transitioned very methodically)
- Acts as the primary internal contact for all Sales personnel with respect to CRM and ERP, webtools & Applications’ interactions and transactions.
- Back-up for Customer Success Department, Order processing transactions (as needed)
- Providing reception support for phone lines coming into the company.
- Assist with event planning and execution of corporate sales/marketing events such as national sales meeting, customer walk throughs & presentations

**Finance Administration**
- Complete full cycle of invoice processing for recurring contracts and manual invoicing as required.
- Monitor recurring contracts administration and determine action steps to ensure that all gaps are filled.
- Reconciling bank statements for customer Credit card payments
- Processing credit memos for regular orders
- Administrate and setup contracts in ERP (Acumatica) system
- Assist with Accounts Receivables calls to customers to collect payments.
- Act as back up for Accounts Receivable duties
- Acts as back up for cheque deposits at the banking institutions
- Work with the Finance team to encourage and develop ERP automation on any related processes
- Reconciling general credit card and telephone bills
- Other accounting tasks as may be appropriate.

Job Specifications:
Education: College Diploma and/or equivalent

Experience: Minimum 1-2 year experience in finance and/or accounting.
- 1-2 years experience with CRM, ERP reporting, database administration

Knowledge/Training: (preferable but not required)
- Computer experience (word processing/data management)
- Experience with CRM system, pulling reports
- Database analytics, business reporting
- Basic accounting skills with ERP system
- Experience with couriers and shipping companies
- Customer Care/ Customer Service

**Salary**: $52,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
