**Department Overview**
- Analytics (ED&A) is leading TD's transformation to a data-driven organization.
- Our mission includes:

- Establishing and maintaining best-in-class data and analytics throughout the bank (e.g., analytics that provide actionable and valuable insights, both within and across divisions)
- Executing projects that contribute directly to the business, developing strong analytics expertise, driving standard methods, tools & processes and promoting leading practices

Engaging analysts at the local and line of business (LOB) level so that TD can drive business value with data - generating LOB and cross-LOB insights that drive enterprise performance
- Reporting to the VP, Data & Analytics, Canadian Personal Banking, this position will take ownership of the advanced analytics roadmap and capabilities for RESL and COO teams. This involves leading the development and deployment of analytics capability resources for all of Lines of Business and Journeys within RESL and COO. This role has an influence on Personal Banking Data & Analytics strategy, CPB business strategy, Enterprise Data & Analytics strategy as well as Data as a Service DaaS for CPB
- Accountabilities:

- Provide vision, leadership and strategic direction for the Analytics Centre of Excellence for RESL and COO
- Own the delivery of the 4 key pillars of the Analytics Centre of Excellence: Practice Excellence, Talent Acceleration, Communities of Interest, and Planning & Allocation
- Attract, develop, motivate and retain high quality talent to deliver business objectives. Create and sustain a high performing inclusive culture
- Enhance advanced analytics capabilities through specialized functions and through the delivery of the Design & Innovation, Pan-product Insights and RESL and COO product groups
- Manage relationships with CPB COO partners, CPB RESL partners, ED&A and other key internal and external partners (Product, Control Partners, etc.)
- Continuously evaluate team capabilities, structure, and interaction model to identify efficiencies in delivering value through deployments into Journey and LoB pods in RESL and COO
- Organize delivery of pan-customer insights CPB business partners
- Influence requirements and strategic direction for pan-Enterprise analytical projects and capabilities
- Operate within TD's risk appetite & regulatory expectations
- Attest to the adherence of analytics practices to defined governance principles

**Additional Information**
- Shareholder Accountabilities:

- Partner with Journey Reporting & Analytics product owners to ensure effective and efficient deployment of analytics capabilities to journeys and LoB in RESL and COO
- Partner with ED&A to provide requirements/feedback for enterprise data & analytics enablement
- Identify and articulate RESL and COO data needs (e.g. Internal data availability, external data priorities)
- Partner with ED&A and Layer 6 to advance analytics capabilities across the organization
- New data and tool prioritization and testing for RESL and COO
- Partner with Reporting Center of Excellence to create common Communities of Interest and Talent initiatives
- Champion talent acquisition and analyst development across the organization (building recruitment pipelines and training needs)
