Position Purpose
The Associate Vice President (AVP), Marketing Strategy & Analytics is a newly created role that will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer as part of the Marketing Leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will be the thought leader and executor of our Marketing Strategy. As we continue our journey as the product leader in the research and advisory industry, you will also build out our Marketing Analytics function to drive profitable hypergrowth. You will drive major strategic decisions for our firm and will be responsible for several critical marketing functions:
- Work with the CMO, marketing leadership and C-Suite including CEO and Board to supercharge and lead our Marketing Strategy.
- Work with the Data & Analytics team to enhance a comprehensive marketing reporting suite that drives critical insights.
- Build out the Marketing Analytics team and capabilities.
- Lead the Marketing department on key marketing processes to ensure operational efficiency and transparency for the entire organization.
- Determine project requirements and priority with the Marketing Operations team to improve marketing efficiency and program effectiveness.
- Define and drive the marketing strategy together with the CMO, C-suite, CEO and Board, ensuring alignment with the organizational goals and division plans.
- Enhance and leverage full Marketing reporting suite to develop critical insights and recommendations designed to increase client acquisition, ROI, customer retention, growth, overall user experience as well as steer investment decisions and resource allocation.
- Build and enable departmental processes & capabilities drive operational efficiency.
- Leverage data and systems to drive automation at scale in partnership with Marketing & Sales Operations teams.
- Manage the marketing campaign calendar to ensure unified and integrated campaigns as well as provide full transparency to all parts of the organization.
- 10+ years of marketing experience, 5+ years of management experience. At Info-Tech, we don’t measure skills in the number of years but in outcomes achieved, getting things done, true passion, and outstanding collaboration.
- Deep experience with high growth and scaling organization with global footprint and multiple products. Been there, done that
- A true builder with a ‘roll up the sleeves’ mentality and hands-on approach. Info-Tech is a hands-on organization. High-flying marketing executive who is focusing more on which Marketing conference to attend next rather than driving results and owning your own documents? - Deep data, analytics, and insights capabilities as well as marketing domain knowledge across brand, distribution, and conversion (marketing decision science, multi-touch attribution modeling, segmentation, customer acquisition costs by channel measurement and optimization, customer data, web analytics and brand analytics).
- Strong project management abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines and handling multiple projects.
- Knowledge of integrated marketing and how to build processes around it.
