**Department Overview**

**Enterprise Data and Analytics (ED&A) is leading TD's transformation to a data-driven organization.**

Our mission includes:

- Establishing and maintaining best-in-class data and analytics throughout the bank (e.g., analytics that provide actionable and valuable insights, both within and across divisions)
- Executing projects that contribute directly to the business, developing strong analytics expertise, driving standard methods, tools & processes and promoting leading practices
- Engaging analysts at the local and line of business (LOB) level so that TD can drive business value with data - generating LOB and cross-LOB insights that drive enterprise performance
- **Provide vision, leadership, strategic direction and execution **for Data & Analytics for the Phone and ATM Channels at TD
- **Manage relationships **with all business stakeholders and other key internal and external partners (DaaS, BMG, Distribution Reporting, Control Partners, etc.)
- Support **Platform Migration **and ensure the most efficient future foundation for Data & Analytics
- **Continuously **evaluate **team role, responsibilities, structure, and interaction model **to identify efficiencies in delivering value to the business
- Deliver **annual analytics plan **linked to key business imperatives and OKR
- Identify opportunities to further optimize our current product suite **through self-initiated insights**:

- Develop a **deep understanding of our customers** and data and identify new efficiency opportunities
- **Challenge analytical thinking **within NACC and ATM and guide analysts through tactical planning
- **Attract, develop, motivate and retain high quality talent to deliver business objectives**:

- **Enhance analytics **capability by delivering value through NACC and ATM programs

Operate within TD's risk appetite & regulatory expectation and adhere to defined governance principles
