Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Analyze customer needs and recommend the best solutions
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish to assist bilingual customers
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
**Skills**:
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in data entry with high accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively
- Capability to analyze customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Join our team as a Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding service while utilizing your language skills and sales acumen.
Pay: $16.55-$34.19 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
