**Job Summary**

**What is the Opportunity?**

**What you will do?**
- Conduct regular internal monitoring and reporting of sales practices for all RBC GAM’s Individual Investor Business channels.
- Gather and prepare all business materials and/or reporting on sales practices for internal and external audits.
- Maintain all sales practices policies, procedures, forms and documentation.
- Liaise with various partners, both internal and external, including Compliance, Marketing and vendors.
- Administer CE accreditation and fulfilment program, including coordinating accreditation, producing certificates, reporting usage metrics, and budget management.
- Act as an ambassador for the CE platform (CE Source), including encouraging usage/self-service as well as responding to all inquiries from the Sales Team and Advisors.
- Based on business needs, source new training content and manage delivery of training, including (but not limited to): partnering with suppliers, customization of materials and all logistics.

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must have**
- Excellent organization skills, analytical thinking and attention to detail is mandatory.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a high volume, dynamic team environment.
- 3-5 years’ experience working within the financial services industry preferably in wealth management.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Technically savvy - a passion for leveraging technology to create efficiencies and enable users.

**Nice to have**
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
- Previous experience working with Salesforce, Webex and/or any LMS (Learning Management System) platform.
- Previous experience in learning and development and/or sales.
