- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to learn skills specific to maintaining equipment a machinery at Canduct
- Complete work orders as assigned in CMMS system.
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Handle basic repairs and maintenance.
- Oversee contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and correct them.
- A sense of urgency and tenacity
- Positive verbal and non
- verbal communication
- Ability to work in a team setting, and work independently with mínimal supervision
- The ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, which may include bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, standing, walking, repetitive motion, and other job specific requirements
- Attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Great attendance is a critical requirement.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs

**Required Qualifications**:

- 5 years' experience in a manufacturing role
- High School diploma
- Computer skills
