**Job Function & Responsibilities**:
As this is a cross-functional role, you will support all Managers by:

- Utilizing various sourcing techniques, including direct contact, social media, job boards, internet searches, and our website
- Proactively building a talent pipeline and identifying new sourcing strategies
- Organizing pre-screening meetings, coordinating interviews, and maintaining an organized calendar
- Providing regular reports to management on recruitment outcomes and recommending improvements
- Participating in projects to build, pilot, and enhance our sourcing capabilities
- Partnering with senior management to guide the offer negotiation process
- Staying updated on recruitment trends and tools to build effective strategies
- Ensuring legal compliance in our hiring practices

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of the civil engineering consulting industry or a similar technical industry
- Strong social media skills
- Experience in recruiting for multiple types and levels of positions using behavioral interview techniques
- Ability to build and maintain productive relationships both internally and externally
- Collaborative team player with a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
- Positive problem-solving attitude and professionalism
- Ability to present ideas, status reports, and other presentations to various groups within the organization
- Alignment with CFA’s Vision 2025
- Experience in Change Management within a consulting environment where priorities can change

**Reporting Structure**:
This role reports to the President but involves working with, supporting, and collaborating with all Managers across the organization.
