**About Me (Your New Boss)**:I’m a realtor who’s constantly juggling multiple things—selling houses, managing rental properties, and running a couple of other businesses that I occasionally forget about. I need someone who’s a doer, a problem-solver, and, let’s be honest, someone who can keep me on track. If you're the type who loves crossing things off a to-do list, thrives on chaos, and can handle a fast-paced work environment with a smile, we’ll get along just fine.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Keeping me organized: If it’s not on the calendar, it’s not happening. You'll be scheduling meetings, showings, and whatever else pops up.
- Talking to humans: You’ll be dealing with clients, tenants, contractors, and everyone else in between. Some people will be nice, others...not so much.
- Handling property stuff: Think tenant requests, coordinating repairs, and making sure nothing is falling apart (including me).
- Making things happen: Whether it's booking travel, handling paperwork, or managing projects for my side hustles, you’re the person who gets things done.
- Doing a million small tasks: Seriously, there will be random things that come up daily—whether it’s running errands or troubleshooting the printer. No day is the same

**What I Need From You**:

- Be a doer: I need someone who’s proactive. If you’re the type to see something that needs doing and just handle it, we’ll get along great.
- Love a good challenge: You’ll be juggling tasks across multiple businesses, so if you can multitask like a pro and keep things moving, you’re the one.
- A sense of humour: Let’s face it, things can get stressful, so if you can laugh at the absurdity of it all, you’re my kind of person.
- Confidentiality: You’ll know everything. Seriously.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
