Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, etc.
- Assist with payroll processing and accounts payable/receivable tasks
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Handle clerical duties including data entry, filing, and correspondence management

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in accounting or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, Sage, Xero is a plus
- Familiarity with bank reconciliation processes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

Pay: $23.50-$27.50 per hour
