Administrative Assistant/receptionist

Colborne, Canada Larry's Custom Trailer Manufacturing Inc. Full time

Duties will include reception (answering phones, managing walk-in clientele, relaying messages), purchasing of inventory items, office & shop supplies. Maintaining Production Schedule by ensuring required parts/backorders are ordered & received on time. Control & tracking of various inventory items as required. Managing internal files. Updating part costs. Shipping of outgoing items (freight & courier), Control of incoming items (purchase orders & applicable documentation). Assist Office Manager with various duties. Other duties as required.

Should be proficient in Excel & Word, Internet & E-mail skills. Basic knowledge of office equipment (fax machine, scanner, multi-line phone system). Accounting & database experience is an asset. Must have a good command of the English language (written and oral) & mathematical skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Time management is essential with ability to work under pressure & highly organized.

Should be within an easy commuting distance (.5 hour).
