**About Us**:
Crystal Beach Academy is dedicated to fostering young talent and providing top-tier hockey training programs. We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Administrator to join our team and support the smooth operation of our academy.

**Job** **Summary**:
As the Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and staff. You will oversee day-to-day administrative duties, ensuring efficient office operations and assisting in various tasks to support our hockey programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain organized records of registrations, payments, and attendance for hockey programs
- Coordinate scheduling of ice time, practices, and team events
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating databases
- Assist in organizing academy events, tournaments, and special programs
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Prepare invoices and process payments in collaboration with the finance department
- Provide administrative support to the coaching staff and management as needed
- Ensure compliance with academy policies and procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in office administration or a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with hockey or sports administration is a plus but not required
