**Job Overview**:*

This is a sales role, promoting our products and gaining market entry. Applicants should be motivated self-starters eager to create impact and gain traction in the field from day one.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- **Identify and penetrate new markets** by scouting and qualifying high-potential retailers, growers, and wholesalers for AGT-Soileos products.
- **Drive sales growth** through pursuit of new client relationships while maintaining engagement with existing customers, always focusing on securing sales and market entry.
- **Leverage agronomic expertise** to offer tailored solutions and crop production advice.
- **Plan and execute high-impact sales presentations and demonstrations** to convert prospects into committed clients.
- **Proactively diagnose and resolve crop issues** using this as an opportunity to showcase the value of AGT-Soileos and close sales.
- **Lead trade show participation and field demonstrations** to establish a strong presence in the industry and capture leads for immediate follow-up and conversion.
- **Continuously upskill in sales techniques and market trends** to stay ahead of competitors and ensure that market entry strategies translate into long-term, profitable relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Ag Business, or a related field, with at least three (3) years of **proven experience in aggressive sales growth and market expansion** within the agriculture sector.
- **Track record of success in new business development**, with the ability to secure large-scale sales from initial contact through to close.
- Extensive knowledge of crop inputs, agronomics, and emerging trends, with a passion for using this expertise to **win new business**.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a **hunter mentality**, always seeking the next opportunity to expand the customer base and secure sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a relentless drive to achieve sales targets and establish **market dominance**.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities and **consistently convert leads into sales**.

The compensation range for this role is $75,000-$85,000 CAD annually and is eligible for commission.

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
