**Position: Customer Service **/ Travel Advisor**
**General position summary**:
Customer Service/Travel advisor fulfills the requests of Aircraft Training customers. On-site Travel Advisor representing Signature Travel Services; assist customers with hotel reservations, car rentals and extracurricular activities. Provide assistance to customers by supporting various roles within Customer Service. Contact all incoming clients prior to arrival in a professional manner to ensure all correct materials/accesses are received and resolve any issues as required. Manage ordering of customer lunches and snacks. Provide statistical and presentation data as required. Maintain the customer touchscreens content. Provide support for eLearning/digital tools as required. Provide back up support to front reception/course support. Provide excellent customer service.
**Competencies required**:
- Intermediate computer skills with knowledge of MS Office.
- Appreciation of flight and maintenance training program environment, an asset.
- Education: CEGEP DEC or equivalent
**Key outputs/deliverables and tasks**:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Provide hotel and car rental reservations/information; track all data
- Update and maintain customer touchscreens
- Point of contact for customer queries and requests; monitor and respond to customer requests
- Contact all incoming clients prior to arrival to ensure all materials/accesses are received/functioning
- Troubleshoot, analyze and assist customers for eLearning issues.
- Manage ordering of customer lunches and snacks
- Provide on-site concierge service as required
- Maintain relationship with various hotel representatives and industry vendors in area; track and compile daily ledgers of hotel reservations
- Provide back up support for front reception and course support.
- Maintain statistical data, compile reports and distribute to necessary people.
- Respond to customer and instructor requests for assistance.

Conseiller en voyages sur place représentant Signature Travel Services ; aide les clients pour les réservations d'hôtel, la location de voitures et les autres activités. Contacter tous les clients entrants avant leur arrivée, de manière professionnelle, afin de s'assurer que tous les documents/accès sont reçus et résoudre tout problème, le cas échéant. Gérer la commande des déjeuners et des collations des clients. Fournir des données statistiques et de présentation selon les besoins. Maintenir le contenu des écrans tactiles des clients. Fournir un soutien à l'apprentissage en ligne/aux outils numériques, le cas échéant. Fournir un soutien à la réception/aux cours. Fournir un excellent service à la clientèle.
**Compétences requises**:
- Compétences informatiques intermédiaires avec une connaissance de MS Office.
- Connaissance de l'environnement des programmes de formation au vol et à la maintenance, un atout.
- Formation : CEGEP DEC ou équivalent
**Principaux résultats/objectifs et tâches**:
- Fournir un excellent service à la clientèle
- Fournir des renseignements, réservations d'hôtels et de voitures de location ; faire le suivi de toutes les données.
- Mettre à jour et entretenir les écrans tactiles des clients
- Point de contact pour les questions et les demandes des clients et en assurer le suivi
- Contacter tous les clients entrants avant leur arrivée pour s'assurer que tous les matériaux/accès sont reçus/fonctionnels
- Dépanner, analyser et assister les clients pour les problèmes eLearning.
- Gérer la commande des déjeuners et collations des clients
- Fournir un service de conciergerie sur place, selon les besoins
- Entretenir des relations avec les différents représentants des hôtels et les fournisseurs de la région ; suivre et compiler les registres quotidiens des réservations d'hôtel.
- Fournir un soutien à la réception et aux cours.
- Maintenir des données statistiques, compiler des rapports et les distribuer aux personnes concernées.
- Répondre aux demandes d'assistance des clients et des instructeurs.
