Pursuits Coordinator

We are technical experts in land, energy, and transportation development delivering accurate, innovative, and agile solutions to our partners. We provide land acquisition, geospatial mapping, data management, web-based GIS, community relations, land feasibility studies, and permitting services. Canacre’s clients include developers, large scale service providers, and government entities that are involved in the planning and development of energy projects, rights of way, resources, and infrastructure across Canada and the United States. Canacre works on large-scale wind and solar power projects, high-voltage transmission lines, pipeline projects, municipal roads projects, and groupings of cellular towers and rooftop antennas.

The Pursuit Coordinator supports the coordination of the team to deliver high quality proposals and marketing initiatives in support of existing and new business opportunities.
- Support the coordination of pursuits i.e. RFP/RFI/RFQ/SOQ responses and submittals lifecycle.
- Coordinate internal requirements for proposal creation and cost estimation.
- Coordinate vendor/supplier registrations and associated portals.
- Maintain department quality control, assurance, and best practices by using templates, standard workflows, and maintaining support databases.
- Administrate and maintain Canacre’s CRM system (Salesforce and VantagePoint).
- Administrate and maintain Canacre’s CMS system.
- Administrate the Pursuits team inboxes.
- Maintain tracking of action items, deliverables, metrics and follow-ups within the team to ensure timely responses and/or action.
- Support marketing tasks and initiatives to effectively demonstrate Canacre’s services and products.
- Assist in the development, planning, and execution of meeting agendas and minutes, and distribute required materials as required.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Post Secondary Degree in business, marketing, communication or another related field or equivalent Industry experience.
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant professional experience.
- Experience in consulting is considered an asset.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM is considered an asset.
- Experience with MS Project is considered an asset.
- Proficient with using the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Projects, OneNote, Visio, etc.)
