Our Advisor Alliance team has embarked on a multi-phase transformation journey aspiring to provide innovation, efficiency, and a seamless experience for our Distribution network while empowering them to excel in Financial Service and Insurance. **How you will create impact**:

- Overseeing the strategic evolvement, direction, and prioritizations of the Distribution Compensation and Incentive strategy, programs, and operations.
- Delivering on accountabilities for the ongoing development and maintenance of the Distribution Transformation Data Model (DTDM).
- Guiding the creation and implementation of a risk and control management function within Advisor Alliance, ensuring that controls are designed and effectively to mitigate operational risks, and holding Business Area Relationship Manager (BARM) accountabilities.
- Evolving the Market Insights, Sales Performance Measurement & Analytics function; overseeing the design of new processes, methodologies, tools and reporting.
- Performing as a business owner of Distribution/Advisor technology (i.e. SalesForce), collaborating with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to align business initiatives, practices, and processes to deliver an elevated user experience that is business efficient and cost-centric.
- Consulting as a trusted advisor and partner to senior leaders within Distribution, Advisor Alliance, as well as across the enterprise to guide and influence the alignment of program priorities and initiatives.
- Contribute to profitable growth by ensuring insights and analytics support efficient and effective business operations by managing expenses, creating operational efficiencies, and enabling increased workforce capabilities in your team and in the Distribution network
- Leading and engaging your team to deliver strategic objectives through effective coaching and mentoring, identifying and developing emerging talent, and fostering an innovative, collaborative, and agile culture.

**To join our team**:

- You have 8yrs of experience leading the delivery of strategic initiatives or programs (i.e., audit, risk management, compensation, advisor).
- You have a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Decision Support, Enterprise Operations or a related field of study.
- You have experience in multi-related domains including some of the following: regulatory, risk management, audit, compensation, legal, project management, and operational controls.
- You have experience in insurance or wealth financial services. Having knowledge of advisor or distribution compensation is an asset.
- You are an experienced people leader, well-skilled in leading teams to solve complex problems and operate innovatively in an engaged collaborative environment.
