**Main Purpose of the Job**:
The Strategy and Evaluation Liaison is instrumental in evaluating and improving the efficiency of our organization's programs and initiatives. They liaise impact evaluations, conduct research to guide strategic decisions, and collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment between organizational goals and research insights. With strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate findings effectively, they play a pivotal role in driving informed decision-making. By possessing a deep understanding of economic trends, policy changes, and social dynamics, they help shape our strategy to remain relevant and effective within the broader context. This role will be instrumental in not only addressing the immediate needs of our organization but will also provide insights into emerging challenges.

**Reports to**:
Director of Programs and Service Delivery

**Duties and Responsibilities**:Impact Evaluation**:

- Support with the design and implementation of comprehensive impact evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.
- Collect and analyze data from various sources, including surveys, interviews, and program metrics, to evaluate outcomes and impact.
- Generate reports and presentations summarizing evaluation findings and recommendations for program improvement.
- Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to integrate evaluation findings into program planning and implementation.

**Research & Development**:

- Development of research partnerships (Post-Secondary, Community, Boston Consulting)
- Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues related to our organization's mission and goals.
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Stay abreast of developments in the field and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Provide insights into emerging challenges
- Develop Tech and AI recommendations aligned with
- Ongoing research and expansion of CEE Essentials Suite as a transformative Learning tool.

**Strategic Planning**:

- Serve as a liaison between the research and program teams to ensure alignment of organizational goals and research priorities.
- Provide strategic guidance based on research findings to inform decision-making at the organizational level.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive organizational impact.
- Creation of Policy Strategy - Supporting CEE Advocacy measures for youth

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in impact evaluation, research design, and data analysis.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, including proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, x).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a non-profit organization or social impact sector is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated commitment to promoting social justice and equity.
