- ** Problem Solver**: Check in with customers regularly to quickly fix any issues they have. Keep things running smoothly.
- ** Teaching Whiz**: Learn everything about our software and show customers how to use it. Help both workers and bosses learn the ropes.
- ** Idea Master**:Study how customers use our software. Share cool ideas to make it even better for them.
- ** Tech Help 24/7**: Be there to help customers whenever they need it, so they can keep using our software without a hitch.
- ** Software Detective**: Watch how well our software works. Tell the team how to make it even more awesome and useful.
- ** Champion of Good Ways**: Show everyone the best tricks to use our software. Help customers get the most out of it, making them super happy.
**What we need from you**:
- ** SRTX as your second home** You'll be part of our in-house crew, working right here with us.
