**The Role**

We are currently searching for a **Bottle Drive Intern**, reporting to the **Executive Assistant**. This is a **Part-Time 4-month contract **opportunity**.** In this role, you will help to coordinate and support our annual Bottle Drive fundraising for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada, and the big event will take place on May 27th, 2023. This is an exciting opportunity

**What is a Bottle Drive?**

**Location**: Our Corporate Office is located in Bolton, ON. We offer Remote/Hybrid Flex work with visits into the office on an as-needed basis depending on the role and function.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Directly support our bottle drive for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada, one of our biggest charities
- Participate in the Bottle Drive Committee; working with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate and support the Retail District Coordinators with materials for the event
- Create and manage event SharePoint content
- Partner with local organizations for media engagement, paid advertising, radio features, and CN Tower lighting
- Manage company’s Social Media platforms related to the event
- Ordering swag for fun giveaways
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned

Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- University Student in a related field
- Intermediate SharePoint, Microsoft Excel and Social Media experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Skillful ability to multitask
- Must be a team player who can interact with all levels of the organization
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
