We are currently looking for a **Warehouse Associate - Auditor **to join Radiant and be part of our dynamic team.

**LOCATION: 12480 Coleraine Drive, Bolton, ON**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Audit inbound and outbound orders to ensure customer requirements and SOP’s are being followed.
- Oversee the process for final inspection of outbound orders to ensure accuracy of contents, customer requirements and routing guides.
- Prepare and present daily audit reports to the Distribution Manager.
- Keep abreast of customer standards and requirements. Communicate any changes required to the SOP owners.
- Develop and implement quality control audit plans and procedures.
- Track and maintain KPI’s.
- Assign team members to perform periodic / spot quality audits. Oversee to ensure accuracy of work, analyze audit results.
- Identify and document areas of concern. Make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment through adherence to security and safety policies.
- Other duties and assignments as required.

**What You Bring to the Role**:

- High School diploma.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Warehouse / Distribution environment in shipping / receiving or order fulfillment.
- Internal audit experience in a warehouse or retail environment is an asset.
- Experience with manual and automated material handling equipment i.e. shrink wrap, pallet wrapper, pump truck, etc.
- Valid current MHE Operating Certificate for powered mobile lift equipment is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Effective communication skills in English - read, write, listen and speak.
- Working knowledge of ERP or WMS software i.e. Navision, SAP, HighJump, etc.
