**What do you offer?**
The Team Supervisor will work as part of the team that provides employment services to Ontarians, focusing on
immigrants and newcomers to Canada. Reporting to the Director and Senior Director, the Team Supervisor is
responsible for supporting with overseeing daily operations of the team, ensuring program objectives and KPIs are
achieved. The position involves reviewing expenditure documents, managing intake schedules and client referrals,
supervising and evaluating volunteers and interns, providing coaching and guidance to the team, and managing a
caseload based on the needs of the program. The Team Supervisor will support the Director with onboarding new
staff, preparing meeting agendas, and collaborating with the Quality Control Specialist on file management
procedures.
**Some of the tasks of this position include**:
- Providing operational leadership and supervision to the Employment Access Centre.- Providing coaching and guidance to the team, including the completion of performance reviews.- Supervising and evaluating volunteers and interns.- Supporting the Director with onboarding new staff.- Supporting data collection to supplement monthly reporting on program outcomes.- Provide guidance and support to clients in their job search and career development journey.

**Education**
- Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related field
**Language**
- Fluent in English, oral and written
- French is an asset
**Experience, Skills and Abilities**- Program coordination or related experience- Demonstrated leadership and high level of judgment- Strong communication skills, oral and written- Superior problem solving and creative skills-
- Ability to work with adult and youth clients with diverse backgrounds and skill levels- Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
**Additional Requirements**:
- Applicants must already have a valid permit to work in Canada.
- Annually, staff must complete the mandatory training for the protection of Children & Youth and submit the certificate of completion.
