Administrative Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Manage front office operations including greeting clients, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.
- Handle client inquiries and provide information about our services.
- Maintain confidential client records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist in billing, invoicing, and processing payments.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for claim processing and verification.
- Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Provide general support to the psychologists and other staff members.
- **Social Media Management**:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy in line with our practice’s goals and ethics.
- Create, schedule, and post engaging content on various social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
- Monitor social media channels for client queries and feedback.
- Track and report on social media engagement and analytics.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and mental health topics.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
- Familiarity with office equipment and software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity to mental health issues.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration or a related field are a plus.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Prior experience in a healthcare or psychological services setting.
- Basic understanding of mental health terminology and practices.
- Creative skills for developing engaging and informative social media content.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $18.50-$21.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
