The position of Digital Marketing Manager for Citadel Enclosures is a new one, allowing the incumbent to define the role in real time. This position is tasked with expanding our digital presence and communications for the parent organization and all companies that are part of the Citadel Enclosures family (current and future).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Strategy Development**: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, engagement, and lead generation in alignment with company goals.
- **SEO & SEM Management**: Lead search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to increase organic search rankings and optimize website content. Manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including paid search (PPC), Google Ads, and other advertising platforms.
- **Social Media Management**: Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence across various platforms (primarily LinkedIn, and YouTube), track performance, and engage with audiences.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to monitor, track, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Provide actionable insights to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- **Lead Generation & Conversion**: Optimize digital channels to drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline. Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless lead nurturing and conversion strategies.
- **Budget Management**: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring that campaigns are cost-effective while delivering strong results.
- **Collaboration & Communication**: Collaborate with other departments, including sales, product development, and design, to align marketing strategies and ensure cohesive messaging.

**Other Tasks**:

- As we are a small and nimble team, the role of digital marketing manager will also have other marketing-related responsibilities including and not limited to:

- Tradeshow/Conference management and coordination
- Branding management and coordination
- General assistance with any aspect of marketing

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with lead generation strategies and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Knowledge of web design, UX/UI, and basic HTML is a plus.

**Work Environment**:
This position typically works in a dynamic office environment but will need to have the ability to travel occasionally. Hybrid work is an option but will be determined based on the individual.

Pay: $38,790.73-$94,450.19 per year
