**Position Information**:
This position supports the Executive Director(s), Clinical Operations.

**Rotation/Shifts**:
Days, 8 hour shifts.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Post-Secondary Diploma in a Secretarial Program or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Previous secretarial /administrative experience;
- Previous experience with minute taking;
- Advanced level of Office Suite 365, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Keyboarding 45 wpm;
- Knowledge of Share Point and OneNote;
- Knowledge of interdepartmental services;
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills;
- Experience in scheduling of meetings and effective minute summarization;
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills;
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, problem solving and organizational skills;
- Excellent attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of Microsoft Visio;
- Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
