Administrative Assistant

**Duties**:

- Provide front desk support, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate department
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Utilize Google Suite to create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service principles
- Proficiency in data entry and working with spreadsheets
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in a medical, dental, or other healthcare office is beneficial but not required
- Excellent clerical and administrative skills
- Strong customer service skills
