**About Our Opportunity**:
As Corporate Learning Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the Corporate Learning and Organizational Development teams in the administration of all aspects of online, virtual and in-person learning and development activities. You will coordinate and support virtual learning activities such as managing virtual registrations, waiting rooms and break out rooms, and providing basic troubleshooting for participant technical issues. You will respond to participant inquiries regarding courses and training activities and utilize the Corporate Learning Management System (LMS) to manage course registrations, scheduling, testing e-learning modules, and generating reports. You will work under guidance of the senior staff to perform financial duties related to learning programs and assessments including the timely and accurate processing, tracking and reporting of varied financial transactions and procurement processes. You will assist with various training and development related projects, processes and activities that require attention to detail and innovative approaches. Other duties include the coordination of processes and activities associated with organizing and supporting collaborative work groups using MSTeams, MS Planner and SAP Jam.

**About You**:
This may be the right opportunity for you if you have a post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or 2-3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

You possess a positive and professional attitude, critical thinking skills and have the ability to work independently, and as a member of a high-energy, results focused team. You are exceptionally detail oriented with the proven ability to handle numerous tasks. You have an ability to deal with a variety of personality types in a multi-faceted and fast-paced environment, communicating with tact and discretion in a clear, concise manner. You are comfortable working with confidential/sensitive matters.

Competencies required at this level of work are: Analytical Thinking, Adaptability and Flexibility, Attention to Detail, Client Orientation, Effective Interactive Communication, Initiative, and Intercultural and Diversity Proficiency.

We will assess the above qualifications and competencies using one or more of the following tools: written examination, standardized tests, oral presentations, interview(s), and reference checks.
