Receptionist/office Administrator

Receptionist for a Natural Health Clinic in South-East Mississauga offering services including Naturopathic Medicine, Registered Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, and Retail
- Full-time hours with a regular set schedule
- Looking for someone to begin training immediately, with the intention of joining the team long-term
**Outline of Duties**:
- Managing multi-practitioner schedule (booking, cancellations etc.)
- Patient/Client communication & customer-service
- Communication with other health professionals’ offices (i.e. Medical Doctors)
- Accepting and coordinating payment for services and products sold
- Maintaining administrative organization
- Light tidying, refreshing tea and water service
- Inventory management for products sold
- packaging in-house tea blends for retail & shipping online shop orders
**Skills Required**:
- Must be able to use Microsoft Word Programs (Word and Excel)
- Proficiency with internet use, ideally familiarity with Facebook and Instagram as well
- Ability to use QuickBooks _(Training provided)_
- Previous experience with reception services ideal
