We are a fast paced printing manufacturer, which requires attention to detail, a positive attitude and an ability to quickly resolve issues.

**Job Duties**
- Entering orders, following up with customer about their order progress
- Responding to general inquiries about products, pricing, orders
- Creating shipping labels / packing slips
- Providing excellent customer service to our valuable customers

**Skills and Job Requirements**
- An individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic;
- Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure to meet deadlines;
- Ability to focus and prioritize tasks without distractions;
- Ability to add to and succeed in a team environment;
- Punctual and reliable;
- Attention to accuracy;
- Computer skills and ability to learn new software;
- Must have your own transportation
- Bilingual in French written and oral an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
