**Duties**:

- Manage marketing efforts, space visits, and schedule appointments
- Create and manage marketing strategies
- Answer and manage phone calls, messages, and provide support and information to clients and potential clients, and suppliers
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, documenting contracts, scanning, etc.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients/tenants/members
- Various support tasks, such as making such sure our spaces remain impeccable, well designed, that cleaning teams do a great job, manage contractors for repairs and maintenance, event planning, website management, basic manual tasks, etc.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in customer service, and/or real estate management, and/or as an executive assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Calendar) and Google Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French and English)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle calls professionally
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor

**Salary**: $58,366.00-$62,106.00 per year
