**Key Responsibilities**
- Carry out and coordinate the management of projects and content with the agency and the internal studio
- File and follow-up with the agency for approved visuals
- Manage the editorial calendar with the social media specialist
- Program and publish identified content in editorial calendars
- Revise and validate the writing of content produced by the agency
- Enhance the various internal documents with visuals and social media projects for visibility with teams
- Embed campaign videos on YouTube and route the various links
- Receive and analyze content performance per week
- Participate in the development of content and marketing strategies
- Develop and export performance reports related to social media initiatives
- Work with the performance marketing team to achieve KPIs
- Ensure the quality of French and English content for various pieces
- Based on best practices, develop publishing technology and optimize its use in teams
- Coordinate the invoicing process with external partners and the accounting department
- Assist the PR team during influencer marketing campaigns
- Assist the sponsorship team during activations and campaigns with our various partners

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree specialized in communications, public relations or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in a similar position and in social media management
- Knowledge of Facebook Insight, Google Analytics (SEO, SEM) and websites
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads and Facebook Business Manager
- Regular daily use of digital platforms: Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok, Spotify and other social media platforms
- Understanding of traditional/digital marketing channels and social media
- Must be bilingual, French and English (oral and written)
- Excellent spelling and grammar
- Knowledge of the professional retail environment
- Knowledge of social media trends
- Strong sense of flexibility and openness in the face of change and tight deadlines
- Available for creative content on weekends as required
- Knowledge of the sports and fashion world (an asset)
- Appreciate teamwork and show an advanced degree of autonomy and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and meticulous: perform tasks quickly and accurately
