We are currently hiring a **Social Media & Influencer Specialist**.

As the Social Media Specialist, you will contribute to Nuknuuk's success by brainstorming in collaboration with our marketing specialist and executing social campaigns for Nuknuuk’s social media channels. The Social Media Specialist is a storyteller that will create and disseminate consistent digital content across social channels to drive engagement, brand loyalty & a sense of community.

Work location: Head Office in Laval, QC

Expected hours: 38hrs per week

Schedule:

- 9am-5pm Mon-Thu
- 9am-3pm Fri

**Job duties**:

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategies across various platforms.
- Create engaging and relevant content, including text, images, and video posts.
- Translate marketing initiatives into a purposeful social media plan, build engagement and brand loyalty on key social media platforms and support the overall growth and following of the brand and business.
- Monitor, respond to, and interact with our online community and followers.
- Analyze and report on social media performance, using insights to make data-driven improvements.
- Keep abreast of social media trends, best practices & competitive benchmarks to provide on-going insight to marketing partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts align with our overall brand and marketing strategies.
- Create annual and quarterly plans on how we can interact with customers across multiple media channels, regularly optimizing our approach.
- Sourcing & managing Influencers & brand ambassadors (Giveaways, collaborations, PR events, etc.)
- Maintain a 360-degree lens to marketing projects guiding alignment across online and offline initiatives, ensuring brand adherence and consistent tone of voice and image across all touch points.
- Other administrative duties assigned by the company.

**Job requirements:**
- Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva & Illustrator
- Not camera shy
- Team players with a positive attitude, results driven.
- Great organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics.
- Exceptional writing skills with superior knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation both in English and French.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A deep understanding of the nuances of different social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Language requirement: French & English
