Marketing Graphic Artist and Social Media Manager

As a Marketing Graphic Artist and Social Media Manager for C3, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating marketing materials and managing social media channels to enhance brand visibility and engage with the legal cannabis market consumer base. Your role will involve designing compelling graphics, developing strategic social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts. A blend of creative flair, marketing acumen, and social media expertise will be essential for success in this role.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Graphic Design**:
- Design eye-catching graphics, including but not limited to advertisements, promotional materials, website visuals, and branding assets, to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure all design elements adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages and brand identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual concepts that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
- Stay abreast of design trends, industry developments, and competitor strategies to maintain a fresh and innovative approach to graphic design.
- **Social Media Management**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with marketing objectives to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and foster audience engagement.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Website, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and feedback from the audience.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as engagement rate, reach, and conversion, and leverage insights to refine content strategy and optimize campaign performance.
- **Content Creation and Curation**:
- Generate creative content ideas and develop multimedia assets, including images, videos, infographics, and animations, tailored to different social media platforms and audience preferences.
- **Campaign Management**:
- Plan, execute, and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creative development, and performance tracking, to support marketing objectives and drive conversions.
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers, as needed, to execute specialized design projects or campaign initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance in real-time, adjusting targeting parameters, ad creatives, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in graphic design, social media management, and digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and social media campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for organic and paid content distribution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and brand messaging.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and optimize campaign performance.
- Creative thinking ability and a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and visual composition.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
