**Responsabilités et objectifs de ce poste, compétences et qualifications requises**
- Développer une vision et définir l'orientation stratégique des produits et services qui s'alignent sur les besoins des clients, la croissance de l'entreprise et la stratégie globale de cybersécurité.
- Posséder et piloter l'ensemble du cycle de vie du produit depuis l'idéation, la conception, le développement, le lancement et la mise sur le marché, inc. développer des partenariats interfonctionnels.
- Maintenir plusieurs feuilles de route en ligne avec la vision et la stratégie de l'entreprise, inc. en entretenant et en tirant parti de vos relations approfondies avec les entreprises de cybersécurité et les startups - principalement d'Israël (l'hébreu est un must)
- Poursuivre une compréhension approfondie des besoins des utilisateurs et des clients grâce à la recherche et à l'analyse des données
- Assurer la conception, l'approbation et l'exécution des programmes de marketing stratégique
- Identifiez de nouvelles opportunités dans l'écosystème de la cybersécurité (principalement en Israël), évaluez votre relation profonde avec les entreprises de cybersécurité et les performances des produits des startups, et aidez à développer des plans stratégiques à long terme pour les futures gammes de produits.
- Personne focale pour le flux d'informations de la stratégie produit globale pour les produits assignés, inc. avec des VC et des professionnels de la cybersécurité sur le marché.
- Associez-vous et alignez-vous avec les équipes de R&D, de produit, de conformité légale pour renforcer la sécurité des produits afin de piloter et d'automatiser les pratiques de développement sécurisées tout en maintenant les besoins de l'entreprise
- Définir les stratégies de gouvernance et de contrôle de la cybersécurité pour les technologies émergentes
- Tenez-vous bien informé de l'évolution des menaces de sécurité et créez de manière proactive des stratégies pour comprendre et atténuer les problèmes de sécurité potentiels pouvant découler d'acquisitions ou d'autres mouvements de grandes entreprises
- Construire et inspirer une équipe de sécurité hautement qualifiée et diversifiée. Favoriser une culture de partenariat interfonctionnel de confiance, de service et d'amélioration continue

**Compétences et qualifications requises**
- 10+ années d'expérience professionnelle pertinente
- 5 ans d'expérience managériale
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite, de présentation et orale en hébreu et en anglais afin de communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes et les partenaires potentiels aux niveaux local, national et international.
- Baccalauréat en informatique, systèmes d'information ou équivalent
- Certifications clés de l'industrie CISSP et CISO

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $200,000.00-$201,000.00 per year
