Job Description

The General Administrator or Receptionist will have a focus on assisting the management team with administrative duties. They will work with a group of individuals and could also be responsible for receiving mail, coordinating office activities and a variety of other administrative duties as assigned.

Hours of work: 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm

Days of work: 3 or 4 days in the week (Monday to Friday)

Position Type: Permanent Part-Time Position

**Responsibilities**:
Competencies
- Supports Branch Operations as Receptionist and Brand Ambassador for ParaMed.
- Conduct administrative duties for the management team such as booking appointments or interviews, completing paperwork and sending it to the appropriate person.
- Coordinate office activities; troubleshoot or escalate basic office administration issues.
- Provides clients, who contact the organization, with accurate information and/or timely assistance to support a positive outcome through scheduling systems.
- Other duties as assigned

Experience
- 1 year office and/or customer service experience
- Experience in the health care field preferred
- In accordance with the Ontario Human Rights Code, Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and ParaMed Policies on _
