**SALES MANAGER**
iNCOM is a market leader in sales and e-marketing solutions for Real Estate professionals in North America. We are a well established company based in Toronto and are passionate about creating a world class sales organization. We are looking for a talented and motivated Sales Manager to join our team.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales team and leading the growth of our client base and development of new business relationships. You will receive training, coaching, development and countless opportunities to grow your career.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work with management in creating your strategic plan to manage, grow and mentor the sales team
- Be a leader in all things sales, consistently raise the bar and motivate the team to improve performance
- Document sales processes to be used for onboarding new employees
- Update lead and customer data in the CRM
- Attend on-site client presentations, trade shows and webinars
- Consistently update product knowledge and develop selling skills
**MUST HAVES**
- 5+ years experience in Sales / Account Management
- 2+ years experience as a Sales Manager
- Tech savvy and enthusiastic about learning technologies
- Strong interpersonal skills, work ethic and team spirit
- Strong organizational skills and ability to motivate others
- Understanding of Digital Marketing techniques
**NICE TO HAVES**
Knowledge of or experience in Real Estate
