**Responsibilities**:
As an ear piercer at Pilgrim, your responsibilities will include:

- Performing safe and precise ear piercings, following strict hygiene and safety protocols.
- Consulting with clients to understand their preferences and offering guidance on jewelry selection and placement.
- Educating clients on aftercare instructions for newly pierced ears.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring proper sterilization of tools and equipment.
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the piercing process.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and continuously learning new techniques and safety practices.
- Assisting clients with jewelry purchases and processing transactions.
- Collaborating with the in-store team to create a welcoming atmosphere and contribute to the store's success.
- Managing appointment scheduling and maintaining punctuality.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures, including dress code and code of conduct.
- Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities.

**Qualifications**:
To excel in this role, you should have:

- Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Attention to detail and precise work when performing ear piercings.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Experience in retail or sales environments is a plus.
- A team player mindset and a professional appearance.
- A commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

**COMPENSATION**:
Approx. total yearly compensation with commissions and bonuses runs between $ 48,467 to $59,649+.
- **Base Salary**: $36,400 or $17.50 an hour
- **Piercing Commission**:Earn $5.00 for each successful piercing appointment.
- (Average of 6 piercings appointments per day = $30 additional per day or approx. $7,350 per year)
- **Commission**:2% commission on all personal sales
- **Bonus**:Weekly bonus based on: A. Unites per transaction (UPT) targets ($50), B. Sales Plan ($25) Representing approx. $3,900+ of addition income per fiscal year
- **Vacation**:6% of earnings (Full time equals to 3 weeks)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $48,467.00-$59,649.00 per year
