**Responsibilities**:
As a Team Leader at Pilgrim, your responsibilities will include:

- Consulting with clients to understand their preferences and offering guidance on jewelry selection.
- Educating clients
- Providing excellent customer service
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and continuously learning new techniques.
- Assisting clients with jewelry purchases and processing transactions.
- Collaborating with the in-store team to create a welcoming atmosphere and contribute to the store's success.
- Managing appointment scheduling and maintaining punctuality.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures, including dress code and code of conduct.
- Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

**COMPENSATION**:

- **Base Salary**: $36,400 or $17.50 an hour
- **Commission**:2% commission on all personal sales (2.50$ to 4$ extra per hour on avg)
- **Bonus**:Weekly bonus based on: A. Unites per transaction (UPT) targets ($50), B. Sales Plan ($25) Representing approx. $3,900+ of addition income per fiscal year
- **Vacation: 4**% of earnings (Full time equals to 2 weeks)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
