As a **Social Media Marketing Specialist** at Rockcliff Auto Hamilton, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our social media presence across **Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok**. You will create engaging content, develop and execute strategic campaigns, and drive brand awareness and customer engagement through these platforms. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to align content with the brand’s voice, promote new vehicle arrivals, special promotions, and dealership events, and build a loyal online community of car enthusiasts and prospective buyers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy & Content Creation**: Develop and implement creative and data-driven social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to engage current followers and attract new ones.
- **Content Creation & Visual Storytelling**: Produce high-quality, on-brand content (photos, videos, reels, stories, car showcases, behind-the-scenes footage, etc.) that speaks to our audience and highlights the unique aspects of Rockcliff Auto Hamilton.
- **Community Engagement & Growth**: Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, while also sparking new conversations around automotive topics, customer stories, and local events.
- **Paid Advertising & Campaign Management**: Manage paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads), including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis to drive leads and conversions.
- **Performance Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, content, and community engagement using analytics tools. Regularly report insights and actionable recommendations to improve results.
- **Stay Ahead of Trends**: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and the automotive industry, experimenting with new formats and ideas to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
- **Collaborate Across Teams**: Work closely with the sales, service, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and to promote dealership offers, events, new arrivals, and customer success stories.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- **Creative Content Skills**: Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.), including photography, videography, and editing to produce engaging visual content.
- **Strong Knowledge of Social Media Platforms**: In-depth knowledge of how Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok work, including best practices for posting, content engagement, and growth strategies.
- **Paid Media Expertise**: Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and analytics.
- **Engagement & Community Building**: Ability to foster authentic relationships with followers, influencers, and other brand partners.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Comfort with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Social Media Insights, etc.) to track performance and derive actionable insights.
- **Excellent Communication**: Strong writing skills with an ability to craft compelling, on-brand messages and calls to action for social media audiences.
- **Automotive Passion**: A genuine interest or background in the automotive industry is a plus
