**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our Life Sciences sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering strong relationships with clients in the life sciences industry. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and delivering tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the life sciences sector.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clients' challenges and provide customized solutions.
- Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients, highlighting their value and benefits.
- Coordinate, delegate and support department supervisors in their daily operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management.
- Ability to travel internationally for meetings or conferences as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. (required)
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales or account management within the life sciences industry.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong understanding of the life sciences sector, including key players, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and staff at all levels.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with an enthusiastic approach to leadership.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid passport required.
