**Position Overview**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Client Engagement**: Actively engage with potential buyers, providing detailed information about properties, answering queries, and offering personalized tours to showcase our homes and communities.
- **Sales Strategy Execution**: Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, including lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals. Utilize CRM tools to manage client interactions and sales processes efficiently.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring all interactions are conducted with professionalism, warmth, and a commitment to meeting clients' needs and expectations.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor and analyze market trends within the Niagara Region to understand client preferences and competitor activities and identify growth opportunities.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and community stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and foster loyalty.
- **Feedback and Reporting**: Collect and report client feedback and market research to management, contributing to continuously improving sales strategies and product offerings.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge and stay updated on industry best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, ideally in the real estate sector or related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse client groups.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- High integrity and professionalism, representing the brand positively in all interactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in using CRM software Microsoft Office Suite and home building software.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends is highly desirable.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle

**Working Conditions**:
The Sales Representative will work primarily in the field, visiting properties and engaging with clients throughout the Niagara Region. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and evenings according to client availability and business needs.
