**Education**:

- 3 year Community College Diploma in an information technology field or a University Degree in an information technology field
- Project Management Certification would be an asset

**Experience**:

- Experience providing technical support in a higher education or large enterprise environment preferred
- Experience with data visualization software (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) would be an asset

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Advanced computer skills including spreadsheet design and database management
- Demonstrated ability to research/investigate issues and resolve problems
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and best practices
- Attention to detail with an ability to retrieve, analyze and synthesize sizable amounts of data, while ensuring that information is accurate and comprehensive
- Strong sense of initiative, with an ability to seek out and find creative ways to obtain information, while maintaining data integrity
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple demands, meet tight deadlines and adapt to growth and change
- Ability to work with individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical users
- Ability and willingness to stay abreast of technological developments and how they relate issues and trends in international education
- Ability to develop and deliver user-friendly training materials for non-technical users
- Cross-cultural competency with an ability to work and interact effectively with individuals from different cultures and backgrounds
- Ability to search within and outside the formal boundaries of the organization to identify innovative ways to improve work
- Ability to understand the impacts of systems enhancements/modifications, balancing current and future needs
