Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Voices, a leading voice over marketplace. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide front-line technical support to our corporate users, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and security.
- Administer and manage our Google Workspace, MDM, and office network systems.
- Assist HR with onboarding and offboarding tasks related to hardware and software.
- Manage the process of procuring hardware and software resources for new and existing employees.
- A degree or diploma in computer science or information technology.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Prior experience in tech support, helpdesk support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
- Required to be in the office for a minimum of 4 days/week.
- Occasional after-hours work may be required to resolve urgent requests or perform network maintenance.
