Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at TD Bank. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for a wide range of IT systems and applications.
    • Develop and implement standard support models and processes to ensure efficient and effective issue resolution.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Incident Management
    • Investigate and resolve complex technical incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Develop and implement remediation plans to prevent future incidents.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure incident resolution and minimize downtime.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop recommendations for implementation.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement process improvements.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements.
  • Communication
    • Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
    • Develop and maintain documentation for technical processes and procedures.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Graduate degree or technical certification preferred.
  • Experience
    • 7+ years of experience in IT support and technical operations.
    • Experience with IT service management frameworks and tools.
    • Experience with cloud-based technologies and infrastructure.
  • Skills
    • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and applications.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
