What are we looking for?
Are you a support guru with fantastic customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills? Moola is looking for a troubleshooting extraordinaire to join our growing team IT team as an IT Desktop Support Technician. You will have the opportunity to provide 1st level support to Moola employees in a dynamic environment. Every day is never the same

**What you will be doing**:

- Support and maintain desktop computer systems and peripherals, which includes providing physical support for all workstations and devices
- Respond to and complete help desk tickets as submitted by end-users
- Setup and onboarding of new employees’ devices including accounts, hardware, and software
- Interface with third party vendors to resolve hardware and software issues
- Operates the IT Services Help Desk by acting as a primary contact or users with IT issues or enquiries, and provides first level technical support
- Develop and maintain IT support related documentation including user help documentation, troubleshooting processes and installation instructions
- Maintain hardware/software inventory and maintenance records; provide documentation and asset tracking of workstation devices
- 2 - 4 years of experience in troubleshooting hardware and software computer problems
- Experience with the installation, maintenance and upgrade of computer operating systems, hardware, software and peripherals
- Experience troubleshooting business apps and workflow issues (MS Office, etc.)
- Excellent understanding of common network architectures (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.)
- General mobile device configuration and troubleshooting skills
- Experience providing user support in a networked environment
- Experience with help desk software and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to anticipate workload, set priorities, plan, and organize to complete work on a timely basis
- Must be legally able to work in Canada, and on-site in our Vancouver office
