As our Desktop Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to Mark Anthony employees related to computer systems, hardware, or software. In this role you will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and communication skills to employee inquiries, running diagnostic programs, isolating problems, and determining and implementing solutions with a defined scope of support**_._**

**What you'll do**:

- Open, monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve tickets promptly, documenting actions and solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction by taking ownership of open tickets and fully resolving incidents.
- Receive, inventory, deploy, wipe, and reimage IT equipment such as workstations, laptops, and monitors, and document all incidents and requests in the reporting/ticketing system.
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networks, handle inquiries, provide status updates, suggest process improvements, and document inquiries.

**What you have**:

- 3+ years of previous Desktop Support related experience
- Proven knowledge of basic hardware and software including familiarity with Windows 10OS, MS Office Suite (O365) required, Mac
- Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange required
- Bachelors Degree in a related field considered an asset
- Experience with ticketing system; Service Now preferred
- Strong organization, prioritization and time management skills
- Strong customer service and verbal/written communication skills.
- ITIL Foundations v4 Certified is an asset.
- Knowledge of networking and wiring, PBX Telephone system, and MS Server end would be considered an asset.
