**What We Are Seeking**

The Project Administrator plays a key role in our project management team and is responsible for project administration activities through the project lifecycle, including but not limited to maintaining and drafting project documentation, completing project set up, financial and administrative requirements. Key responsibilities include:

- Provide administrative support to project and architectural teams.
- Support Project Directors and Project Managers with scheduling internal and client-facing meetings, site visits etc., and typing of meeting minutes.
- Draft and maintain document workflows through all construction phases, including assisting with the preparation of reports and formal correspondence.
- Compile and assist with document control for various project-related documents throughout all construction phases, including project correspondence, specifications, schedules, RFI’s, change order etc.
- Input project information into databases and compile project setup processes.
- Maintain project-specific digital and hard copy filing systems.
- Maintain project contact lists and project calendars.
- Ensure receipt of all invoices. Follow up with vendors where required. Reconcile purchases to invoices to ensure accuracy and ensure all invoices are paid.
- Provide administrative support to the office as required.

**What You Will Bring**
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced multidisciplinary administrative role
- General understanding of the architectural or construction industry and the process would be considered an asset
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is essential
- Superior organizational skills and strong time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office 365 proficiency
- A working knowledge of Adobe, Bluebeam, Rhino and Revit is an asset
- Professional attitude, punctual, assertive and personable
