Field-based customer focused position with home office based in the GTA.

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Director of Business Development; responsibilities include selling and marketing TFI service to existing National chain customers. TFI is seeking a Service Account Manager to take over customer account management responsibilities for foodservice chain customers. The position requires a large focus on customer service and relationship building with a concentration on prospecting and generating leads based on a target market with existing clients. The role requires a large amount of time spent on face to face presentations on behalf of TFI’s products and services. The Account Manager will have the opportunity to develop service programs with new customers including equipment training workshops, planned service maintenance contracts and comprehensive service contracts. The position will require the Account Manager to oversee customer retention, engagement with customers daily via live contact and follow up with prospects.

Qualifications and Skills:
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
