If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Investments Compliance team as a Chief Compliance Officer. You will serve as Chief Compliance Officer, WTW Investment Management Canada. The WTW Investment Management Canada Investments business provides investment advisory, delegated investment services and funds to institutional clients.

**The Role**

Develop, implement, embed and maintain an efficient and independent Compliance Function.

Assess and monitor the Compliance framework of policies and procedures, systems and controls.

Identify compliance training needs and develop and deliver compliance training within the Canadian Investments Business.

Identify and assess compliance and regulatory risks in the Canadian Investments Business, taking into account relevant internal and external sources of data.

Create and deliver an annual Compliance Plan for the Canadian Investments Business.

Appropriate communications to colleagues in the Canadian Investments Business as needed.
