Le rôle d'un "Closer" dans la vente de services marchands de cartes de crédit par téléphone consiste à finaliser les transactions en surmontant les objections des clients potentiels, en mettant en avant la proposition de valeur et en obtenant leur engagement. Doté de compétences de négociation solides, d'une connaissance approfondie du produit et de la capacité à établir rapidement une relation de confiance, le "Closer" contribue activement à la croissance et au succès du fournisseur de services.
