We are currently looking for a Account Receivable Associate, who will play an important role in our dynamic team while dealing with some reporting and accounting tasks.
**At Candorvision, your role will involve**:
- Assisting in period end closing activities as well as providing various types of analysis
- Managing wholesalers’ payments and deductions
- Processing and booking cheques, Stripe and other payments.
- Performing collection calls to follow up on outstanding accounts.
- Assisting in the regular reporting and preparing ad hoc analysis
- Special assignments and projects as our business grows and evolves.
**You can be successful in this role if you have**:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel. Previous experience with Quickbooks is an asset.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Impeccable attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English and French, both in oral and writing as our accounts are located in all provinces of Canada (including Québec)
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload demands, deadlines, and multiple tasks, as required, while working with minimum supervision.
- At least post-secondary education degree (i.e,DCS) with two-three years’ experience in finance/accounting or bookkeeping. Bachelor's Degree is an asset.
- Experience working in a small/medium-sized company is an asset.

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d'un(e) **Associé(e) aux Comptes Clients**, qui jouera un rôle important au sein de notre équipe dynamique dans le cadre de certaines tâches de préparation des rapports et comptabilité.
**À Candorvision, votre rôle consistera en**:
- Assister aux activités de clôture despériodes comptables et effectuer diverses analyses
- Gérer les paiements et les déductions des clients grossistes
- Traitement et comptabilisation des chèques, Stripe et autres paiements
- Effectuer des appels de recouvrement pour faire le suivi des comptes impayés.
- Participer à la redaction de rapports périodiqueset préparer des analyses ad hoc
- Diverses tâches et projets spéciaux dans le cadre de la croissance et de l'évolution de notre entreprise
**Vous aurez du succès dans ce poste si vous avez**:
- Maîtrise avancée d'Excel. Une expérience antérieure avec Quickbooks est un atout.
- Excellente compréhension des principes de comptabilité.
- Un souci du détail impeccable et d'excellentes capacités d'organisation.
- Bonnes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, car nos comptes sont situés dans toutes les provinces du Canada (y compris le Québec).
- Habileté à prioriser les tâches, à gérer la charge de travail et les échéances selon les besoins, tout en travaillant avec un minimum de supervision.
- Au moins un diplôme d'études supérieures (par exemple, DEC) ainsi que deux à trois ans d'expérience en finance ou en comptabilité. Un baccalauréat est un atout.
- Expérience de travail dans une petite/moyenne entreprise est un atout.
